Cooking Instructions
STOVETOP (MOST DELICIOUS!)
On low heat, simmer Bites with your favorite sauce in a saucepan for 13-16 minutes, stirring frequently. Optionally, before simmering, saute Bites in 1T vegetable or coconut oil on medium to sear the outside.
AIR FRYER
At 205ºC (400ºF), cook Bites for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
OVEN
1. Preheat oven to 205ºC (400ºF).
2. Place Bites on a non-stick or parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
Cook all frozen food to a minimum internal temperature of 74ºC (165ºF). Product should be seared but remain moist. Please remember to let sit for 2 minutes before enjoying.
