Cooking Instructions

STOVETOP (MOST DELICIOUS!)

Sauté jack steak in 1T vegetable or coconut oil in a non-stick pan on medium-low for 6-8 minutes, stirring and cooking until lightly seared.

Food should be seared but remain moist. Please remember to let sit for 2 minutes before enjoying.
