Cooking Instructions
AIR FRYER (MOST DELICIOUS!)
At 205ºC (400ºF), cook 2 tenders for 12-14 minutes or all tenders for 13-15 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking.
OVEN
Preheat oven to 230ºC (450ºF). Cook tenders on a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet for 15-17 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking.
Cook all frozen food to a minimum internal temperature of 74ºC (165ºF). Product should be crispy but remain moist. Please remember to let sit for 2 minutes before enjoying.
