Ingredients
- 6 Classic Jack Meatballs from jack & annie’s
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 sub rolls, sliced
- 1 Cup shredded mozzarella
- Parsley, freshly chopped
- Vegetable oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Place sliced bread on a baking sheet and brush with oil and toast for 3 minutes. Remove from oven.
- Heat 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add Jack Meatballs and sauté for a few minutes to sear the outside. Lower the heat, add marinara and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- On the toasted rolls, divide the Jack Meatballs and spoon the extra sauce over them. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly on each. Place back in the oven and bake until cheese is melted, 5-7 minutes.
- Remove subs from the oven and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and more mozzarella if desired. Serve immediately.
